Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PrintTrust software and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. License to Use

PrintTrust grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software strictly in accordance with your chosen subscription tier (Basic, Standard, or Premium). You may only install the software on the number of authorized devices specified in your plan.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All fees are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month basis. Payments processed through local providers, such as Telebirr, require manual verification of the Transaction ID to activate licenses.

4. Software Functionality

The software operates by logging print commands sent to connected printers. While PrintTrust utilizes robust offline and online syncing methods, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, operating system corruption, or user tampering with the background processes.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
